Shipping & Returns
At Sara Bailes we are happy to exchange or refund full priced goods within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 24 hours of delivery and we will inform you of return shipping address.
Please note customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post.
Returned items must be:
— In original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed
— With all original tags and packaging must be in place and in good condition (including shoe boxes)
— With the original receipts
— By Express Post
Refunds may take up to 7 days after the order is returned to our head office. You will be emailed once the refund is processed.
Returns on Sale Items
Please note that no refunds or credit notes will be offered on sale items, however we will happily exchange these items, as long as they follow the above procedures and are returned within 10 days.
Returns on Pre-Orders
All pre-ordered items are available for exchange or credit note, strictly within 7 days of your pre-ordered item arriving.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the size or colour you have ordered may recently be out of stock, as our web-store shares stock with our bricks and mortar stores. In this unlikely event, we will do our best to find you a replacement or else refund you.
